EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: The Nevada Tax Commission approved a new Declaration of Value form – as a result of the passage of AB377 in the 2025 legislative session. “Old” Declaration of Value forms will be accepted through December 31st, 2025. As of January 1st, 2026 – only the “new” form will be accepted. The new Declaration of Value form can be found under the “Forms” tab.
NOTICE TO ALL MINERS: All check payments submitted to the Lincoln County Recorder must be drawn against a U.S. banking institution. Checks drawn on foreign banks will require a two-week holding period to verify cleared funds prior to processing.
