Civil Services (Paper Services)

Paper Service is $26.00 per service and $3 per mile for services outside town or city limits. This includes evictions, small claims, and other civil services.

Paper Service for foreclosure or trustee sales is $50.00 per service.

Fingerprinting

Fingerprinting can be done at the Sheriff’s Office in Pioche and at the Alamo Substation. Fingerprinting will be done by appointment only please. To make an appointment, please call 775-962-5151. There is a $15.00 charge for all fingerprinting.

Victim/Witness Services – Victim/Witness Services (VWS) is a system advocacy program for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office and District Attorney’s Office. This program serves three counties ( Lincoln, Eureka and White Pine) and two Shoshone Indian Reservations (Duckwater and Ely).

Notary

Acknowledgment: $15.00 for the first signature of each signer; $7.50 for each additional signature of the same signer.

Jurat: $15.00 for each signature on the affidavit (including the oath/affirmation)

Oath or Affirmation: $7.50 per individual (when administered with a signature).

Certified Copy: $7.50 per document
