The Lincoln County Treasurer is an elected official who oversees the billing, collection, and distribution of taxes on all real properties in Lincoln County, as well as the special TV Assessment and Landfill. Additionally, the Treasurer is responsible for overseeing the receipt and disbursement of County revenues and for administering banking and investment services.

Trustee Auction Excess Proceeds

Excess Proceeds Available - This document lists parcels that were sold for more money than was owed for property taxes. To claim excess proceeds please complete the

Excess Proceeds Form - This form can be completed on line and printed, or printed and completed manually. This form requires a notorized signature.

Excess Proceeds Claim Instructions - This document lists the instructions and supporting documentation required to claim excess proceeds for a trustee auction.

We are excited to announce new payment options to make paying property taxes more convenient. New payment options include credit cards and E-check and well as on-line payments. Please see our Payment Options web page for information on payment options and payment due dates.
